Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how Formaiva Marketing & Business Solutions ("Formaiva," "we," "our," or "us") handles information collected through this website and through inquiries sent to contact@formaiva.com.
As this site is currently configured, it is primarily an informational marketing site. Project brief submissions are sent directly to Formaiva's client-intake records. The site does not create visitor accounts or process payments.
Information we collect
Information you choose to provide may include your name, email address, business name, project timeline, project preferences, and any notes you include in your inquiry.
We may also receive limited technical information that is routinely sent by browsers and hosting infrastructure, such as device, browser, IP address, and basic request data needed to deliver the site, maintain availability, and protect against abuse.
The project brief stores your in-progress answers in this browser so you can resume later and marks the draft to expire after seven days of inactivity. This local draft can include the contact and project details you enter. It is not sent to Formaiva until you choose to submit the brief, and you can remove it at any time with the brief's clear option.
How we use information
- Respond to inquiries and continue conversations about potential services.
- Review timeline and project context before replying.
- Operate, secure, and improve the website and related communications.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms when needed.
How we share information
We do not sell personal information collected through this site. We may share information with service providers that help us operate the website, email, and related business tools. Submitted briefs are stored in Google Sheets as part of our Google Workspace workflow, subject to the provider's safeguards and our access controls.
We may also disclose information if reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate misuse, or support a business transfer such as a reorganization, merger, or sale of assets.
Retention and your choices
We keep inquiry and communication records for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to requests, manage client relationships, maintain business records, and satisfy legal or operational requirements.
An unsent brief remains only in this browser. When you next open the brief, drafts older than seven days are removed. A successfully submitted brief is removed from this browser and retained in our business records as described above.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by emailing contact@formaiva.com. We may need to verify your request and may keep information where required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
Children, security, and updates
This site is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the site, contact us and we will review the request.
We use reasonable measures to protect information, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed secure. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, and the "Last updated" date on this page will reflect the latest revision.
