Yes. Once the project is completed and final payment is processed, full ownership rights of the finalized, delivered assets belong entirely to your business. FORMAIVA only retains the right to showcase the finished work in our agency portfolio and case studies.
Note: Internal working files, raw templates, or draft concepts remain the property of the agency unless an extended license is specifically requested in your contract.
